I am thinking about taking Online college courses to obtain my : Associate Degree in paralegal.
I haven’t been to school for 20 years. I just like to know;
what are the main or mandatory course studies for this particular Degree.
What kind of Math (if any)? what particular type of English? do I need to take history?
What other Major course’s do I need to have, to obtain my degree?
Which course’s are not necessary to take?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
maybe some of you didn’t understand the question correctly.I do, however,appreciate all the answers given already.But they still didn’t answer my main questions.
The question is;
What are the major courses I have to take to optain a degree in:
Associate Paralegal?
not mentioning what other degrees or credits I already have obtained.

If you posess a degree – or any alternative qualification – then you’ll already be ahead of the masses when it comes to looking for vocations. My pal has a degree and he wasn’t sure what direction to go with it, but he unearthed some great tips on the website in the resource box below which aided him to settle that he wanted to be a lab assistant. There is lots of assistance on the website regarding alternative vocations.

If you have an existing degree in something else, odds are you will be able to transfer those credits over so you do not have to retake math, english, etc.

“Online paralegal courses” are scams. Employers in the field of Law in TODAY’s job market will not hire you. Also, employers in the field of Law in TODAY’s job market want their employees to have BACHELORS degrees from traditional colleges/universities. TODAY’s job market is fierce.

We simply already have way too many Legal Professionals for TODAY’s job market. And we have way too many law schools, which are churning out even more graduates.

(“Legal Professionals” include, but are not limited to: Attorneys/Lawyers, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Court Reporters, etc, etc.) Many attorneys today are themselves working “down” just to attempt to pay some of their bills

If you want a JOB when you are done with your studies, go into Healthcare.
